How long does it take to Ship and Receive the ordered products ?
We usually ship the next Business day after we receive and verify order / information, if order is for First Time Customer.
Orders placed by returning customer is shipped the same business day, if order is received before 4:00 PM EST.

What is the order procedure ?
While browsing our website, if the customer wishes to buy anything, they need to click on the add to cart Add 2 Cart , the product will automatically be added to your shopping cart, at this point you will have a choice to check out with that one product or continue shopping. If you continue shopping you will be taken back to the page where you had left, here you can choose to go back or click on home page to continue.

Once you have added enough product to your cart and wish to place an order and pay, and check out, you will have to click on the checkout tab.
At this time you will have to login to our protected web area by giving you unique e-mail id as your username and the password you had given at the time of signup.
Once you enter the protected area you will be displayed your cart information, you must verify the cart information and make sure that it is accurate, if then you decide to proceed further, you follow the prompts and give your credit card information, and follow the prompts to check out, If the displayed cart information or card information is not accurate you could click the back button on your browser and correct the information.

What are the payment terms and conditions?
What Type of Payments are accepted ?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMEX CREDIT CARDS as online payment through our checkout/payment.

However, once your payment is processed, we will call you the first time and verify the information and validate it using our underwriters policy and procedures. We require customer to fax or e-mail us a signed copy of the credit card authorization with a copy of the customers valid state or federal ID. This is for the security of the customer and to maintain the integrity of the card holder and the secure data for future orders, during subsequent order the customer then may not need to verify and we could ship directly to the customer without hassle.

We also accept Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, and Money Orders, if the customer wishes to pay using any of these methods they may, click the quick check out button and we would call them to verify the customer information and await for the payment. All payment must be received by us within 3 days of the order, in case we do not receive the payment within 3 days we may cancel the order, or extend the time at our discretion. What are the Sales Tax terms and conditions?
If order is Shipped to, or within the State of GEORGIA   7% sales tax is automatically collected and added to the Total Order Amount.
When orders are shipped to other states, sales tax is not collected or charged.

How do You Ship and how much time would it take for us to receive the shipment?
We only ship within the USA to the billing address of credit / debit card used.

We ship via Fedex or any secured courier with full insurance the same business day if order is received before 4:00 p.m. EST, for all customers whose information has been previously verified and validated.
For all new customers, shipment will be made once customer information is verified and validated as per our underwriters’ policy. All orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

We require signature and proof of delivery for all orders shipped.

All items shipped will reach the destination within 2 business days of shipping, except in situations when the delivering agency cannot make the delivery due to bad weather, disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.

All merchandise above $1000.00 will be shipped via Fedex 2 Business Days / 2 Day express delivery (Once verification is completed and authorization is received).

We require a street address for all our shipments and a person taking delivery has to sign for the package.

Do you have warranty on the jewelry?
All jewelry sold Online and in our retail store in Decatur, GA USA is guaranteed 22kt gold or as marked. 22kt gold jewelry is softer than 18k or 14k jewelry. We carry the highest quality of jewelry workmanship, however, please note that we do not offer any warranty on breakages or perceived workmanship as the life of the jewelry depends on use and care.
As with any jewelry, due care is required while in use, and more so with 22kt jewelry, as it is softer, things can happen in a day or a decade, you never know, so please take care of your jewelry.
Please also note that we fix the jewelry we sell and most of the times the repair is free, if it is just replacing faceted gemstones, pearls, corals and CZs.
Please take extra care with jewelry studded with pearls, turquoise and corals and other UN-FACETED stones.
All un-faceted stones, have no grip or girdle that the stone can be set on, and, they are set with pressure. Sometimes, pressure loosens and pearls/corals tend to fall off and more likely when the gold is softer like 22k gold.

It is often perceived that jewelry purchased in India and Pakistan, does not break easily or stones do not fall off that easily, the reason for this is, even though the customer is paying for 22kt gold, it is never 22k gold as there is more mixing of alloy hence making it less pure but more hard and strong. There is a misconception that jewelry is of any better quality workmanship, it is just less pure, this is a general fact.
There are many honest jewelers in India that do not cheat and if they use the same amount of gold as we do then the strength and stone setting life would be the same, as most of our jewelry is either made by the same people, that make jewelry in India or their experts who have left India and settled in Middle east, where we buy from.

To Summarize even though we carry the highest quality jewelry, we do not warranty breakages or stones falling off as it depends on the use and care and there is more tendency of 22k jewelry to break or stones fall off if due care is not taken.

What shall i do when i sign for shipment ?
Please make sure that you inspect your shipment / package before signing for it.

Check front, back and sides of package and make sure that package has not be RE-PACKED, TAMPERED, DAMAGED OR OUT OF SHAPE. If you suspect that package has been RE-PACKED / TAMPERED / DAMAGED, do not accept package and inform us immediately at 404-477-1004.


If you accept the package in broken or tampered condition, you may be liable and may not get your insurance claim accepted.

Can we cancel the order after we have placed it online.?
No, you cannot cancel an order you have placed online, however you could give us a call and under special circumstances which would be determined by us, we may do it solely at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason including the ones given below:

  • If we receive multiple orders for a single item, and the item is sold out or not in stock anymore.
  • If the order information does not meet our valid credit card security guidelines given to us by our credit card processing company, we have a very stringent guidelines in place for credit card security and would like to apologize in advance if there is any inconvenience caused by this policy to our customers.
  • If there is an error in the pricing of any item during the posting of that item on the website.

Why can I not find a item that was there on the website before..?

The items that are VISIBLE on the WEB-SITE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN STOCK, However, there could be one of the following reasons:

  1. We mark the items as sold and or remove the items as soon as they are sold out, if you do not see the item.
  2. Currently as newer items are added to our inventory every day…the item you might have seen before would have moved down in the listing and you could not see it in the same place. However, we suggest that if you like any product, you could write down its product code and search it using our code search tool, available on the top right corner of all our web pages.

Can you sell multiple pieces of the same design or can we re-order the same products ?
Most of the jewelry we sell are unique and one of a kind and imported from various parts of the world, we have about 20000 different items at our wholesale and retail stores. It is very difficult to order these items again, however, we could order certain items that are made by our own Kari-gars/Craftsmen by calling 404-477-1004.

What do I do if I do not want an Invoice shipped with the item ?
If you do not want us to ship an invoice, with your order you will have to call us at 404-477-1004 immediately after placing an order online and we will take care of it. An e-mail may be overlooked as we may ship the merchandise within hours of receiving the order.

How do I get the items repaired if there is a need..? will you be able to perform the repairs?
We can repair most of the Jewelry sold by us, you need to mail us the items you wish to repair and your name and phone numbers, we will call you with an estimate, if you agree to the price we will repair it within one - two weeks and mail it back to you. Please note that Certain items are beyond repair or are not worth the cost of repair, so please exercise your judgment in this regards.

How much does it usually cost for repair ?
Most basic repairs like Chain Solder, Polishing, Basic Solders, CZ or Semi-Precious stone re-setting, are appx. $15 per instance, for example if there are 2 solder required the cost will be $30. Please also note that there will be shipping involved. The best way is to make a personal assessment based on the above criteria and if required call us for our advise and then mail the item.

Do you sell wholesale, offer discounts, waive shipping charges if we place a large order ?
Yes, we do sell wholesale, and the prices can be reduced to our wholesale price once the volume satisfies our wholesale value criteria. We could even waive shipping charges for very large orders. Simply call us to see if you qualify. Have a list of the items you wish to purchase wholesale and call. We would even upload / add to our website a lot of products similar to the items you have selected online specifically for you in a separate location which will be private to you to view. For all retail customers our web-prices are very competitive, considering the quality and service we offer, we wish to be fair to all our customers, so we can offer you a wholesale price only if you qualify for the quantity discount. A typical wholesale purchase must be above $5000.00

As You may be aware, finished gold is yellow in color, to make it white you need to alloy it or mix it with a white metal. The more the white metal the more the gold becomes white. Typically we use palladium as the alloy which gives it a white look and subsequently plated with Rhodium for the great sheen. 18Kt white gold will have 25% of the white metal, usually palladium, to retain its value when resold and 75% of 24kt Yellow gold.
Sometimes we can also plate the 22kt gold with rhodium, a very thick plate of rhodium will give a yellow gold piece to look white and hence it is called 22kt white gold jewelry. Almost all 22kt white gold is 22 Kt yellow gold plated with Rhodium.

Why not make the beautiful hand-made Gold Jewelry in complete 18k white gold?
Almost all of our white gold jewelry is 18k gold white gold, with palladium alloy, as 18kt harder than the 22k gold, the labor to make the very fine designs and filigree is very very difficult and hence the price is higher than 22kt white gold and 22kt yellow gold.

Why is white Gold Jewelry more expensive than 22k yellow Gold Jewelry ?
The 25 percent alloy required to make the gold white is composed of expensive white metals like Palladium, Platinum and Rhodium the cost of the alloy and the difficulty in the fabrication process makes white gold jewelry more expensive.

What is 2 tone, or 3 tone, antique, Enamel, Meenakari finishes all about?
2 Tone finishing is yellow gold plated with rhodium at select places.
3 tone is yellow gold plated with rhodium at select places and copper color oxidized finishing.
Meenakari & Enamel is colored rocks found in parts of India which is melted and placed like paint on top of the gold. Meenakari is one of the best art forms in jewelry.

Why is the precious and semi-precious stone jewelry more expensive compared to plain gold jewelry?
We use genuine precious stones and semi-precious stones in our Jewelry, the precious stones are lot more expensive than gold and hence the jewelry with stones gets comparatively more expensive. Also The labor of matching natural stones by size and color and setting is more than making plain jewelry. The stones used in our gold jewelry are sold by the carats, and the price of each carat of precious stones is appx. $20-$30 per carat and semi-precious stones from $10-$15 per carat.

WHY IS THE PRICE OF YOUR GOLD DIFFERENT FROM PRICE INDICATED ON WEBSITES LIKE KITCO OR MONEX OR GOLDPRICE.COM or other online sources ?
That price does not include the premium to physically own or have gold, that is the market quote for the commodity, wherein you can just speculate if u have an account with a commodities broker / bullion trading network.
All forms of physical gold has PREMIUM, it depends on what form it is in and in what size, shape and marking and type of fabrication.

The gold price indicated by you is similar to the commodity prices of oil, Soya bean, coffee, heating oil, gas etc, these are commodity prices for speculation and hedging purpose, you cannot get certified physical gold at that price.
Just for example check the following link for price of corn oil or coffee beans or other commodities prices and check out the price at the super market or Starbucks coffee beans price, our price is very similar to that.

The base gold price we sell at is mentioned on our website at the bottom of each page and we change the price as per the market quote on each day, or when gold moves significantly to warrant a gold price change.
